Returns Policy
Returns cannot be accepted
THAT'S P1 is a small independant business. When an order is placed, each individual item is then manufactured on-demand, exclusively to fulfil that order. Because items are produced to order, returns cannot be accepted. We kindly ask that you donate any unwanted items to charity.
When ordering your item(s) please carefully check the size guides, compare sizes against your existing items of clothing and do not order multiples of the same item to try on or choose a colour.

Refunds
Refunds can be issued for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Email us within 14-days of recieving your order if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us evaluate the issue and make it right, please provide us with your #OrderNumber, a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue.
If approved, we will ask if you would like to proceed with a refund to the value of the item, or a replacement item sent out at no extra cost.
If you contact us outside of the 14-day window, we will be unable to proceed.
Please note: postage costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges cannot be accepted
Because all items are produced on demand, requesting an exchange for a different colour or size would mean producing an entirely new product. Therefore our return policy does not cover products ordered in the wrong size or colour and we will not be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping Policy
When will I get my order?
- United Kingdon: 5-7 business days
- Europe: 5-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships, which will keep you updated on your order's status.
